I've heard it said that one sonnet per day,
Aside from bringing expressive pleasure,

Will keep the dread foe, Alzheimer, at bay.

So whom will argue with such a measure?

Try it I must; promised fun doth demand.
Five counts in a row, two perfect beats each;
I am I am I am I am I am.

Who would have thought that my words could thus reach?
Oh, t'is fun, and I suspect quite useful,
To organize and systematize words.
Reining one's thoughts as they astray go...pull,
T'is efficiency grown, supreme power chords.

......
Here's my prescription I offer to you,.
.....
.Try it; you'll like it. I'm sure this is true.
