In this realm I know you will not pursue
My body nor my favour. Saddens this,
And yet should offer no surprise, for know
Indeed would myself respond thus, were the
Marks reversed. Thou forge a softening woe.
Myself the richer for it. One to one,
And back again, it always ends the same.
Alone and unfulfilled - myself, yet closer
To the ultimate, proving us both sane.
Such sanity may be cursed, yet I care
Not. Tis the case as such and so shall be.
You for me, me for you, two lonely helms.
Matters it not, for dual constancy
Does survive and thrive within this realm.
